I had just had a baby and I went into the shop and when I was in the shop the body guard followed me around, and said to me that there are mums that come in here with prams and then steal food they put it under the pram. That was something that I wasn't even thinking of doing!! but I was already seen as a criminal before I even had been around the whole shop!! The sad state of affairs that happens often thanks to the universal credit and the constant media hounding of benefit mums, single mums face the brunt and the harassment of this hugely. Soup was the easiest thing to buy at the time when I had no money and needed food banks.
