This is a poem about mental health and having a baby and the feelings after having a baby and the pregnancy being so traumatic that you couldn't enjoy the little things of the pregnancy , and in the end you give birth and you cant remember most of it because it was too much to cope with, I wrote this after going through violent relationship during my pregnancy, hardships and emergency surgery, ultimately lead to post natal depression .
